CCRIC is the place to meet and network with fellow real estate investors. We meet on the first Tuesday of each month at AMERICA'S BEST VALUE INN, (Formerly Ramada), 7067 Albert PIck Road Greensboro, NC 27409. Networking starts at 6:30 pm. Meetings start at 7 pm with an introduction to other investors that have properties to buy or sell. Then we jump into meeting vendors who can make your transactions work smoothly. At each meeting, we have a local speaker that will connect you to local programs. Then we have a national speaker/mentor/trainer/coach that has tried and true life experience and knowledge, tips, and home study courses to enhance your business. Followed up with networking and you will be on your way with fresh ideas and contacts for the next month!

Attention! House Bill 725 is now House Bill 1708 Attention!
You can now have your voice heard! Go to NARHRI and join. NARHRI is a national organization for responsible real estate investors and they are currently lobbying the NC Senate to dismiss the bill. You can also go to our DOWNLOADS page and read the letter sent by NARHRI to the NC committee that houses the bill currently.
The North Carolina General Assembly adjourned before the Senate Judiciary Committe addressed the House Bill 725. This means no action by the General Assembly until at least next May.
The North Carolina Real Estate Investors Coalition was formed on June 7, 2005 in Greensboro. Representatives from CREIA (Asheville), TREIA (Triangle), ENCREIA (Greenville) and CCRIC (Triad) met to adopt bylaws and elect officers to organize opposition to the current legislation pending in the NC Senate. Along with four other groups not able to attend, this Coalition represents as many as 4,000 investors across the state.
The Coalition has proposed adoption of industry standards related to ethics and ethics training for Investor Clubs and Associations. We are preparing a detailed approach that includes a basic outline, course and instructor certification and a definition of good standing. We are asking the General Assembly to exempt the members in good standing of North Carolina REIA's based on these proposals.
